In Adamus’ opening message to Shaumbra in September,
he noted the importance of keeping a log or journal.
Here’s part of what Adamus said:
“I’m
going to ask you to keep track of your experiences.
It may be a diary, it may be a blog, it may be notes
to yourself. We are venturing together into new territory,
into the New World of new consciousness, New Energy.
Keep a log. It’s going to help you to understand
how you got from one point to the other. “
By
writing in a journal, you’ll remember things like
dreams, “ah-ha” insights, feelings and experiences.
It’s one of the most effective ways to bring in
and ground energies that used to be just in the ethers.
A journal is also a great way for bridging the human
consciousness with your divine, almost like writing
notes to yourself. Neal Donald Walsch, author of the
Conversations with God series, began by journaling
to himself and later used the notes as the basis for
his books.
If
hundreds or thousands of Shaumbra put their energies
into their journals, it also provides an important method
for grounding the collective energies of Shaumbra into
the potential of earth and humanity. Journaling takes
a “thought” or feeling from the other realms
and brings it into everyday consciousness.
Now
you can learn to journal in an easy, fun and purposeful
way with best-selling author Patricia Aburdene on Saturday,
November 14 from 1:30 – 4:30 PM MST. You can attend
in person at the Coal Creek Community Center or join
in online with our by pay-per-view webcast. Patricia
journals just about every day as part of her work as
a professional author. Whether you’re interested
in writing a book or finding a new way to connect with
your inner self, Patricia will show you the best way
to keep notes to yourself, how to write in a way that
it will mean something later, how to make journaling
fun rather than a chore, and how to open yourself so
the thoughts flow onto paper or keyboard.
If you have a lot of thoughts running through your head
and feelings flowing through your heart, now is the
time to bring them into your life… to serve you.
According to Adamus, journaling is truly a gateway to
mastery!
A Message from Patricia Aburdene
You’re a busy person. Why invest time to journal?
Because Adamus asks us to do so? True enough -- and
having joyfully journaled for decades, I know why.
Keeping a journal offers many practical and soulful
benefits! First, it is a conscious, practice, requiring
you to be present. Like meditation? Sort of. But in
one sense better: journaling lets you take notes! Benefits?
1) Journaling quiets you down. AHHH. 2) Unlike many
spiritual practices, journaling sets you up to collect
the “Ah-has.” And that’s, as they
say, priceless.
Journaling
is a great way to start your day because it provides
a gentle transition from the creative sleeping mind
to the more abrupt day-to-day mind. Morning journaling
grounds you, requiring you to “check in,”
before facing any stress. Much better. Hey, in your
journal, you just might describe your perfect day!
Journaling
links your conscious mind to your deep self and reveals
your inner voice. Writing, by definition, addresses
an audience, even if it’s just your best friend.
Journaling is a letter from you to you. In that glorious
privacy, the inner self is at last free to be, emerge
and speak. As you get used to the inner voice, it strengthens
and your soul/ intuition find a reliable channel to
speak through.
Then
you can chronicle your changing perceptions, feelings,
consciousness, thoughts, brainstorms. It’s all
there on the record. There is nothing, NOTHING, like
the power of journaling. I could not live without it.
I’d love to tell you all about it!
